On the bright side we might not be in a long rebuilding process.

we just don't have a superstar to finish games but these guys really play hard for Monty...Jack is my favorite player...he gives 110%,never mails it in and you can see the hurt on his face when they lose...he may not be a superstar but he deff. is a team leader

This is what most of us expected. A team that wont lose but will play their asses off every night. They may not look good every night but they're playing hard.

My thoughts exactly. Monty has these guys playing minute-for-minute with some of the best teams in the league, using a large lack of talent. If we draft properly, I could easily see the Hornets making noise in the playoffs come 2013-14... with us just missing next year.

For a rebuilding project, making the playoffs by the 3rd season is pretty significant.
