Without a doubt one of the best games on the 64. Anybody play this one?

Never played Blast Corps, but all I can say is that it is no where near as badass as this game:

Never played it. Cover looked too "just another game to pad the market" for me. Maybe I missed out on a gem.

This. That game was incredible. It was incredibly difficult in the latter stages, especially if you wanted to get a platinum score, but the gameplay was phenomenal.

You gonna lose....a lot.

eta: You should note that it's a Rare game, and everything Rare touched back then turned to gold.

Seeing that Goldeneye box reminded me of this

Anyways, BattleTanx II was so awesome, I think I logged a lot of hours in the story/skirmish modes.

I loved that game. But frick the Backlash! Every other vehicle was fun, but that son of a bitch just frustrated the hell out of me.

Was the Backlash the one that you could only destroy stuff by sliding as you turn? If so, those stages were extremely frustrating.

Yeah. We quit that game a lot when we got to the levels where it is the only vehicle you could use.
