I agree with Josh, what the dude did was clearly wrong but does he deserve to have his life ruined over teabagging somebody? I mean come on. He won't even face charges unless the victim comes forward to press some, and by doing so puts himself at risk of getting hit with public drunkenness.

If it were an LSU fan that did it to another LSU fan or to a Bama fan, it wouldn't be that big of a deal on this board

Wonder what is in store for this fine fella.

Sexual battery carries mandatory jail time (anywhere from 1 to 10 years I believe). If he is convicted he will also have to register as a sex offender for at least 15 years (maybe 25) after he is released. Sex offenders are not eligible for early release from prison.

He ruined his life being such a tard.

I would think that the victim would want all of this to just go away.
It was a very stupid thing to do, but is anything like this on the legal books in New Orleans? You can see a lot worse happening if you turn down the wrong street during Mardi Gras.

Most of those MG acts are consensual. What this guy did was deplorable and while he may not deserve everything he may get he certainly deserves to be punished.

To those posting this is not that big of deal... If you have ever got passed out drunk before think about if you were in this guys shoes wether it was at Krystal, in a bedroom at a friends house party, or wherever. How would you feel having your face posted all over the internet with some sick ficks balls all over you face? This is an act of sexual assault plain and simple. No matter if he was passed out drunk in the quarter or not. How about if it was your significant other that this happened too?

Gumps poison beautiful trees when they lose and sexually assault the innocent when they win - and they like to have their fellow rednecks cheer them on as witnessed by the gumptardos cheering said douchegump on.

Yes he does. He is a grown man and not some frat boy playing a prank on a pledge. His actions were deplorable and I think he should have at least a felony conviction.

The State of Louisiana forces matters to trial all the time. They do not need the victim's testimony to convict because of the video. The State can chose to move forward, issue a material witness subpoena/warrant for the victim, and proceed if it wants to.

And in louisiana registered sex offenders aren't allowed to participate in school activities.

Think about when his kid is in school ... that will suck.

And does anyone happen to know where the video can still be seen?

Society is going to shite ... and it's people that say "this is no big deal" that are driving the train to shitsville.

I would think an adult who is a father, husband, & a manager at a retail store would have better decision making skills than the choice he made to try & be the coolest Bama fan on the block by whipping his nuts out & putting them on another guys face while passed out. For one thing this is just pretty fricking gross. I wish the victim would have woke up & ripped this guys nuts off his body & then yelled TIGER BAIT while holding the gumps nuts in the air

Me too but oh yeah, he was shitfaced passed out in public in a dangerous city.

No he shouldn't have nuts rubbed on his face but quite honestly, he's lucky all he got was a little nuts rubbed on his face.

He could have have a shiv stuck up his arse. Don't pass out in public in a dangerous city and you won't get nuts or a shiv up your arse.
