Looking for a new show to watch. So in the spirit of curiosity, what HBO series new or old would you recommend to watch? I already watch Game of Thrones and Boardwalk Empire.

6. Oz (if prison drama and all that comes with that something you can deal with)
The Wire is probably the best thing created by man kind ever. Period. I am halfway done with the final season on my 1st rewatch.
The Sopranos isn't far behind.
GoT is awesome and hopefully will be comparable to those two when its all said and done. The Wire and The Sorapnos are better than boardwalk empire to date IMO. That's nothing against BE, just how good those two are.

just watched the first episode of The Wire. looks pretty good. 5 seasons should give me plenty to watch this semester

it is basically a 60 hour movie. Once you get hooked you will finish it a lot faster than you think.
