We have an abundance of talent at the running back position and are losing three linebackers (Baker, Francois and Hatcher). What are the chances one of the running backs makes a position change in spring practice?

nah, think he starts at safety. Tahj already fits the "built like a safety" mold.

Mett to FB, Randall to TE, Shep to QB. Book it.

loston will be great at ss regardless, but if collins switches he'll be hard to keep off the field, and it would make more sense to move loston, keep your best 11

Loston is a Safety, not a LB. Collins will have trouble getting on the field at either school until he turns up the maturity.

Its just not the off-season until someone wants to turn one of our RBs into LBers

i think loston would be ok at the will, and i hate the collins saga as much as anyone, but physically he gets a lot of snaps as a freshman anywhere

Position changes to look for would be on the lines. Who is going to play center? Any dline move to oline? Any ends move inside with brockers gone? With the guys coming in, who us going to play lb, who might play end?

Will Randall play WR? What do they have in store for turner, eugene, gibson, vinson? Which guys play safetry which play corner? I think jenkins and collins are locks for corner.

Tell when you personally spoke with Collins? Have you ever met him? Do you know anybody that knows him? No that's what I thought. Talk with anybody that was his teammate they will tell you he is a terrific teammate, a leader, and extremely unselfish. Don't speak about a person's maturity or character when you don't know them.

Considering I could've played LB as well as Hatcher, we're really only losing two LBs, and I don't see any RBs moving over to replace them. We actually have some nice depth at LB.

Anybody ever consider Spencer Ware as a LB? I think thats what he played in high school on the defensive side. I might be off here, but I think he would make one hell of a player there especially with Hilliard being such an effective inside runner.

I'm going to go with Davenport to TE. Then we can have the beefiest short yardage unit imaginable.
