Do you think that Alleva will meet with Miles to discuss what happened?

I'd think that with no shortage TAF big wigs making their anger known that Alleva would sit down with Miles for a little come to Jesus talk.

If nothing else, ask him to explain his reasoning for having no back up game plan and not being willing to try anything different when JJ was ineffective.

Also, is it true that JJ kept changing plays so that he got more?

I would assume that Alleva would have a talk with Miles. That would be a responsible thing to do.

So that he got more what? From the look in his eye, he didn't have a want for contact.

Ill bet Alleva is going to "encourage" Miles to hire a respected OC. Miles was encouraged to do the same with the DC positions several years ago instead of opting for the Co-DC fiasco which turned into a complete disaster.

So...when you do a shitty job at work does your boss just ignore your production or do they sit you down and talk about it. Not that hard to understand.

I would say yes because they have an end of the year meeting every year.
