To the LSU football players...

Thanks for finally giving us a positive thread. People are completly blowing everything LSU football stands for out of context. 2012 Miami

Amen-- thank you boys for a great year.

I was actually fortunate to tell brockers that monday night at about 1:00am. I was standing outside the la pavilion catching a cab home and he was standing outside with his family. I told him good game and thanks for a great season. I could tell he was disappointed with the loss, but he appeared grateful for my comments-- truely a class act. He said bama was a good team and played a great game. He noted that LSU was still 1 and 1 with bama but we didn't win the "one that counted... the crystal ball."

I asked him if he was coming back next year. He said he wasn't sure and that he was going to talk to his family and assess the situation. I told him i hoped he was coming back but understood, thanks for the dedication to LSU football and good luck. He shook my hand and said thanks.

You all would have been impressed with the way this man handled himself after a very tough loss.
