CLM needs to set the course of our team objectives and commit to doing things appropriately to get us back in championship contension. Give us his plan for Offensive Coordinator in 2012. Then he should truthfully answer ALL questions about last season and the BCSNC game.
These actions will put this all behind us and get TigerNation focused on 2012.

I'm sure there will be a team meeting as soon as all player get back on campus. He only needs to speak to his team. As fans, we already know the goal(Win West, Win SEC, Win BCS). Never changes.

What Les needs to do IS speak- to his team. He needs to look every returning player in the eye, and especially all the potential early draft guys like Claiborne etc, and say:
is THIS what you came here for? are you going to let that happen to you again (or is that what you want your last game as a Tiger to be)?

All he need to dois talk to his team regroup with everyone see who is coming back and hit the recruiting trail and get his guys in the weight room starting to wage war in 2012!! Spring will be here before you know it!! on a personal note i think he is spending time with family. Reflecting. Looking at game film. Second guessing decisions. And Ensuring none of the crazies start spewing venom at his kids or wife. he'll probably let the heat cool down and address things when people are in more of a rational mood.
