Maybe sitting ended being the best thing for Lee. Let JJ be the bad guy and go down with the ship. After Lee was the goat a couple years back, he came ib this year and became a hero. Now he gets to stay that way in our eyes as fans. Im not trying to say he shouldn't have gotten his chance because I do. I think he took a big slap to the face over the second half of the season. But at least now he'll be remembered for the good. Remember, what have you done for me lately.

I was disappointed he didn't come in to take a knee, he couldn't mess up at that time.

The best thing for Lee would have been to finish the ALL SEC season he was putting together over the first 3/4 of the season.

Second best thing would have been him getting to go out and try to win a national championship with his teammates.

Nothing that could have happened monday would have changed the redemption and respect he earned from the LSU fan base, and his teammates over the course of this year.

This would all make sense if he had a concussion (just grasping here).
