He needs to come back. No reason for him to leave.

If he wants more money, he should comeback.

That game does not matter. Next year is his ticket.

yep, that was the trend when JJ became the primary QB in the Ala game.

yardage/game cut in half, and catches/game reduced significantly....

Plus that 7 to 1 td differential.

Shep and Randle making emotional decisions.

Should wait as long as possible to decide.

If he comes back he'll have his best year and probably be a first round pick. The difference in money is huge. Also, from a personal standpoint he can graduate and win a national championship.

Guy was having a fantastic year with a good passer behind center.

Can't say I blame him. He did enough the first 3/4 of the season to be drafted.

I have never understood the whole staying in school thing when you can go and be paid a small fortune immediately. You could get hurt and end your playing career tomorrow and school will always be there if you want to go back and finish your degree.

well, Jordan's leaving, and we'll be starting a passer, so stick around Rubino!

He would be an idiot to stay at LSU next season. Why pass up the big bucks when you risk injury staying? Doesn't make any sense for many of these type caliber players to stay and risk injury.

not if they have read the writing on the locker room wall with Miles.

Maybe they already know Miles plans to trot out that putrid type offense next year and have decided...screw it.

Some players are unconcerned with draft status, some just want to start their NFL career like Ridley.

Risk injury is a big factor. It's not all about being a first round pick. Don't criticize a decision based on a player just deciding he's ready to start a pro career and get paid for doing something so demanding and time consuming without having to worry about school. The BCS game has no bearing on these decisions just so everyone knows. Every situation is different.
