Ok so you won't move on. Some of you ranters will drive this into the ground. Some want to get rid of the best Coach LSU ever had. Are you perfect? No. Was LSU perfect the other night? no.

Just go back in years when LSU wish they could beat Ms State to win a game...........

Watch what you want or wish for..........

The most wins ever. The best season ever......Thanx Team and Coaches for a great run............

some people get more joy out of trashing Les for 1 game than they got for the previous 13 games.

I said this yesterday but theses idiots would rather destroy a great season. Heck we wasn't even supposed to be there this year. Most of the people doing this are fareweather fans. screw them all.

BM:

You are absolutely correct....problem is, we all have this sickness in our stomach, just wondering what might have happened if JL was put in, or even ZM, or whatever,.....maybe we would have still lost, but hey, why not fire all of your weapons.....if we do that, and play with enthusiasm, and lose, so be it, we will move on, and deal with that, each in his own way.....but this one did not end (or even go) that way....

But again, you are correct...I will follow your recommendations.....good thread...

Nope when you get paid 4 million a year, and have the most talented team in the country. You should at least score!! You should at least try every option to win!! Losing to bama isn't the point. It's the idea of a coach who is arrogant and had the worst offensive game plan in modern college football.

Don't get me wrong I am damn proud of this team and the season. I just can't get the gray cloud from over my head. I'm not sure if it's gonna take baseball season or the Saints game on Saturday it's just hard to get over.

N, not goin to move on until LM or the AD gives explanation on why he didn't make the adjustment. The only reason LSU made it this far is because of the OTHER talented athletes on the team who played with their heart. If SABAN had all the talent LSU has, they would give him his own conference division....yeah I said it.

LSU is 3-3 versus bama since Saban got there.

oops... hit enter by mistake.

in reply to another post, we didn't have the most talented team in the country. Our O-line did not match up with Bama's D-line. Our QBs were all flawed in one way or another. We had a bunch of good backs, but no one great back. Our linebackers were fast but small. Our most decorated cornerback will always, always struggle with covering top WRs if the pass is high and in stride, because he's just physically short.

We accomplished a lot with this team. Alabama was able to expose most of the weaknesses Monday.

Alabama had the better team on balance. Any objective observer knows that's true. Should we have a) tried to stretch the field and/or b) given Lee a shot? Yes and probably. I think 'Bama still wins.
