was driving back to ATL thru Montgomery and had finebaum on for a while.

He started the show saying that he got lost in the dome after the game and wandered into the LSU locker room by mistake. Said some staff member got chatty and he got the low down on what really went on in the LSU locker room, but didn't think it was fair to share it with his audience.

Any ideas, or did I miss something?

No.. I'm not on the rant 24/7 so sorry if I missed it. Search sux.

Tim Brando also hinted about something that took place in the LSU locker room after the game as well this morning.

I would rewatch the game 5 times in a row before I would listen to that a-hole.

yep.. he'll leak it to a blog writer, then some caller will bring it up and he's off the hook.

Yes.
Miles told the team that Stud and Krags planned to run 15 sideline screens and 38 option pitches, but no up-the-middle-pitches to Hilliard - who dominated the last few games of the season, no reverses or end-arounds, no post patterns to Randle, no bubble screens to Beckham, no intermediate curls to Peterson, no Jefferson roll-out pass/run options, and no passes or trick plays at all to Shepard.

Because they knew Alabama's defense was too good to fall for those plays. Figured Bama had no answer for sideline screens and surrender-early-options.

I can't figure out why you would want to subject yourself to that Gump off knowing it would all be a bunch of "ROLLfrickINTIDE" for 4 hours.

The only thing I've heard is some of the players let their feelings be heard.

I heard the same thing on his show and Brando's. You have to imagine after the year LSU had, and the total shutdown Monday night, that it wasn't pleasant in the locker room. I am positive there was alot of emotion, and rightfully so. But you have to imagine when emotions are that high after getting handled that people go off. And hopefully we will hear about it. I think it's only right to air out the dirty laundry after the total and complete domination we experienced. With todays media, and leaks it has to come out.

His show was really good yesterday. The 1 hour I listened to wasn't at all the Gump Fest you would think. Finebaum was really low key, I imagine he was tired. He "seemed" really really affected by what he saw/heard in the LSU locker room. Just sayin.

If that were the case, then it's more than just players expressing their feelings. It's bigger than that!

The animosity was already spilling over on the sidelines during the game when a coach & player get into a verbal shouting match early in the 3rd quarter. There were several other flareups on the sidelines after that. If the locker room after the game is any indication of what was going on our sidelines then prepare for the worst.
