I don't get the fascination with Lance Thompson..Recruiter of the year a few years back but what qualifies him for Defensive Coordinator..Sunseri's resume's is better than his.

story got revised to say that Dooley and Steele had conversations that included contract terms but NO OFFER WAS MADE... Steele has a 3 year contract w/ Clemson w/ no buyout. I doubt UT wanted to give him such a multi-year deal.
