National media, BCS, etc. "give" Bama a rematch and they win:

Bama is not even #1 in the SEC, but is #1 in the nation....makes no sense at all.

We earned the right to not have to play them again by beating them at their field on 11/5. Its not fair that after running through one of the toughest schedules I can remember any team having and beating them all that we were forced to play our toughest opponent again.

I know....life isn't fair. This is a tough one to swallow...

bullshite.

The system was the system and LSU benefited from it in the past, too. Remember 2007 when LSU had two losses and still made the title game.

Bama was and is the better team with the better coach. They should have won on Nov. 5 and left no doubt last night.

This was hard for every LSU fan to watch. But it's only hard to understand by those LSU fans who were foolish enough to think that Le$ Mile$ is really a better coach than Saban.

I don't believe that.

LSU won the SEC in 2007 and also had the body of work to back it up. Are you saying VA Tech or UGA should have gone to the BCSNG in 2007 instead of LSU? The computers had VA Tech ranked second, and UGA passed the eyeball test much like Bama did. By the way all the other possible candidates also had two losses.

Dumb.

They won last night, yes.

We won Nov. 5.

Period.

Oh, and yeah, they are National Champions, I won't be one to take that away from them. We still beat them once this year. To act like it is anything otherwise, is to completely defy everything that sports is about.
