3 Years ago, when I was 15, my dad took me to my first big LSU game

Just thought I'd share a little story on how I got into LSU.
It was when Alabama came to Baton Rouge to see LSU. I hadn't been much of a Tiger Fan before that, I was really just a typical "I Live In Louisiana Therefore I'm A Tiger" fan. Wasn't much into football or sports really, but Dad had taken me to a few games before that, relatively small ones, cupcake teams, biggest one before Bama was South Carolina. I really didn't understand why people would be so dedicated to a football team nor did I believe the gigantic hype behind how "magic" Tiger Stadium was.
That being the first ever Saban bowl, the atmosphere I experienced was unreal. I was starting to realize everything my dad had told me about the intensity of the games.
Of course, that was back when JL was notorious for being a bit lackluster, to put it nicely. Things were screamed, blasphemies were uttered, as usual.
Then the field goal at the last few seconds of the 4th quarter. Francois blocks the field goal and I think the stadium near exploded. People were jumping, hats and drinks being thrown into the air, Dad had picked me up and bear hugged me, lifting me off the ground as we were both screaming our heads off. I finally understood what Tiger Stadium does and how amazing it is to be there. I think that was my transition to being a really big LSU fan.
And then Lee throws the interception and throws all of that down the shitter.
"Welcome to the true LSU experience, son." said Dad.
I went into a gigantic frothing rage on the ride home. I wanted Lee gone, he was the absolute scum of the earth, I cursed him, his family, his future children, I wanted him out of the fricking state.
A month ago, for my 18th birthday, I got a number 12 LSU jersey and Dad is not letting me live it down of how much of a hypocrite I am. During the season, before the 5th, I kept saying that Lee will redeem himself for the Bama game, and that didn't happen.
I'll be wearing that jersey and screaming as hard as I can come the 9th, there's still one last chance for redemption, right?

Despite the fact that many curse supposed bandwagoneers, we can all agree that our fan base, and especially this site, wouldn't be as fun if everyone agreed all the time!
Just like JL, you still have time to redeem yourself too
Welcome
