Need help settling a bet: Vonage commercial with the red head chick

There's a Vonage (I think) tv spot running where the man and wife are on the phone are talking and getting robbed. I say that the red head with the glasses is the same chick in 16 Candles (the drunk prom queen who gets date raped my Anthony M Hall).
My co-worker says "Stop texting me. How'd you get my number?"
Who is right? Me? Pretty sure I'm right.
