Box Stand
Pouring rain. Lightening. Wind. Thunder.
15 ft pipe base, metal floor, frame and roof, This stand feels like a lightening rod. The rain did stop long enough for me to get to stand without getting wet. Screw huntin, this is sitting around camp building a fire playing cards and drinking whiskey weather.

I ain't gettin down. Don't wanna get wet. Haha. I just wish i was drinkin whiskey watchin a fire. Most of bad stuff has passed. Pretty solid rain still. Spike just crossed.

I'd sure like too. Right where it runs out to the river. I've hunted there in the past but haven't in about 8-10 years. I still hunt around Coles creek just a little farther upstream now.

Brother went on a guided hunt with friends somewhere over around Jennings this morning.
They got 8 Mallards, 2 Pintails, 1 Gray and 7 teal ducks

Another yearlin. All four deer have come from different direction. I got some code blue hangin in a tree in the plot. The four pt came with his nose up pranced all around and then left. Doe and yearlins now.
