Definitely. Not to take anything away from his time at LSU (he was a great college back) hes definitely faster. I think he has lost a little weight but its mostly a product of being 2 years out from his ACL tear. The 2nd year is when they finally get back to top speed which is scary when you look at what Montgomery has done this year only being 1 year out.
