Bryant-Denny, Jordan-Hare, Vaught-Hemingway....

If/When the Tigers win the NC Jan 9, Les Miles will have 2 titles. Do we consider it?

What if he wins 5 national titles like Skip?

Or suppose a wealthy alum drops a boatload of money on LSU to fix up the stadium like T Boone Pickens did at Okie St?

Most of the facilities on campus are named...Bernie Moore, Alex Box, PMAC

Just wondering how the rant feels.

Is the name Tiger Stadium so sacred that it will never change in our lifetime?

Miles Field at Tiger Stadium is the only thing I could ever imagine. No way they change Tiger Stadium.

Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome to Death Valley at CareFirst Stadium!

I think it would have to be Lee & Jefferson stadium. If Lee's name isn't first, rabbid fans may rip the stadium down due to the sheer amount of disrespect bestowed upon Lee having to follow Jefferson.

it is to me. i hope we never name it after anyone. AND, Tiger Stadium itself is sacred. all of this whining about it needing dressing up is bull shite. i'm ok with the windows, but Tiger Stadium is perfect to me. so many people want it to be "visually pleasing", sanitized and bryant-denny like. screw that; IT'S TIGER STADIUM!

You don't change names and make statues of people that are still coaching at the college. What if he would just say frick you and leave. Boom, got a stadium named after him. If he retires from LSU and brings us at least 2 more titles. I'd consider it. But it will ALWAYS be Tiger Stadium, and frick Clemson, we have Death Valley.

First, in LA it isn't possible to unless the person it's named after is dead. Secondly we seem to believe that anyone who doesn't want to play ball for us because we are LSU is crazy yet on the other hand we are constantly trying to attribute our success on other factors by building a statue, naming the stadium, etc. I'm a believer that we are a successful program because of our fan support both moral and financial, we are able to improve the facilities, hire and keep the best coaches in the business, and then attract the best athletes which in short is a recipe for a dominant program. So, where I appreciate Miles and think he is a huge reason for our success, I don't think he is as responsible for it as some do because the fans are the reason for LSU being able to hire and keep Miles.
