there are meetings scheduled right after the BCS CG to finalize some issues. That is what I've heard. The late entry of Mizzou made for some shuffling.

The rumor was sometime before Christmas.
Ott on his show, said it will remain a 8 game schedule, SEC schools did not want to go to 9
1 permanent and 1 rotating from other division and all teams in your current division
Most of permanents will stay same, but rumor is LSU and Florida want a change which may be granted (Bama Tenn and Auburn UGA will not change)
LSU was scheduled to pick up USC and finish out the road game against UK. One of those games will have to go.

I bet Mizzou will be aTm's "rival" in the East. I heard talk about Mizzou and aTm not playing UT and Kansas anymore. I wonder why? UGA anf UF don't seem to have a problem doing that. LSU would still be playing Tulane every year if they didn't suck.

I sure hope we drop Florida and pick up South Carolina. I would love to be able to see LSU in Columbia every other year even though the fans there are the worst of anywhere I've been in the SEC.
