New logo looking ridiculous in Heisman room

I didn't want to start a thread about a subject that has been beaten to death but I just wanted to point it out. I usually don't care about the toonces logo because I just don't get stuff with it on it. But seeing TM7 at the Heisman ceremony with the LSU pennant in front of him with that ugly leaping tiger was just dumb. The letters used on it were the old style block. Why not put a more traditional better looking logo like the other schools?

i would like to just market the LSU font, color or whatever and do away with the tiger except on tradition things like the helmets b/c it just looks like sh*t. look at Wisc.; no badger on there's. Looks good, normal, not like a fu*king saturday morning cartoon.

Yes, me too. But they could have just used something different. Maybe the helmet logo or even the old school L. I think that would look real clean and traditional.

I just can't understand how LSU marketing department is so inept.
It's a freakin tiger and we have some good logos. It shouldn't be hard to at least not make us look foolish
