Ok, I'll take pity on you. Get yourself a photobucket account (they are free). Upload the image. Click on the image. There is an option to resize, click it and choose the size you want.

Shortened e-slang. It just caught on because it's easy to type and Ava is already a name. Just the evolution of Internet lingo.
