Miles has always shown the ability to get his teams to do great in the bowls. His teams don't just do one level better but they seem to put it into overdrive in the post season. So in your opnion what is it that Miles does better to get his team prepared? Is is he keeps the team better focused yet loose? Does he instill great confidence? Does he find those little kinks in the other team that can be exploited? Watcha got.

Work the shite out of fundamentals and implementing a gameplan. He find out what he needs to do and beats in into their heads.
