I am.
Despite him being a beast, the Rams offense is horrible.
I've got McGahee in his place, hoping he's healthy enough to play this week.

I'd sit him given options
he limped off last week at the end of the game, then missed practice this week.
grab L.Ball in case of aggravation, but I'd start Sjax over willis

I have SJax but I'm thinking about Pierre Thomas with Ingram being out.

McGahee should play and the way the Bronco's run the ball he is a good start for you. ESPN ranks McGahee as the #14 back and Jackson as #21 fwiw. So according to this set of 'experts' it is the correct move. Also with Bradford out they may attempt to force the Rams to throw which won't help Jackson out.
For the PT guys, doesn't Ivory come back this week? Saints backfield may still remain a mess and not allow anyone to be a starter outside Sproles.

I'm tempted to go with P Thomas or Barber over Sjax, but I know if I sit him he will go off.

I wouldn't suggest starting Barber, Chicago is gonna split carries with Khalil Bell.
