I'll believe it when I see it. The number 1 OT position is not typically one you pass up (barring a ridiculous insurance policy). There's still plenty of time before he has to declare.

I think Barkley stays another year. USC will be off bowl ban, returning a young team, and will compete if not win the Pac 12. Plus, Andrew Luck and Wilson will be gone. USC will be in top 4 to begin the season if he returns.
