they're only going to get more expensive the closer it gets to the game if i had to guess. this isn't like a normal game where the closer it gets to kickoff, the cheaper they get. they get more expensive because they get scarcer. there aren't gonna be lsu or bama fans who bought tickets looking to get rid of them the closer it gets to the game. not sure what the going rate is on those tickets right now, though, so look around on stubhub and craigslist at comparable tickets before you buy them

there is always a price spike at this time. brokers trying to gouge. i would wait a couple of weeks

guaranteed you can get better than that outside the dome right before kickoff. There's always somebody that gets rid of theirs.
FWIW: got face value lower bowl at Auburn last year (both undefeated) and Bama this year. Not the NC, but both HUGE games. If you're willing to sweat it out, you'll be rewarded

you cannot compare a regular season game to the BCS championship game. i don't care how big the game is.
