Interesting because yesterday Hudpseth said he will definitely be the Cajuns' coach next year. Assuming he's not full of shite, I don't know where USM turns.

I heard he got the offer either Sunday night or yesterday. I know he had it by late yesterday afternoon.

Good hire for UNC if he accepted. Guess this means A&M is going in a different direction.

A lot of Aggie folks seem to believe they already decided on Sumlin and are just going through the act of a rigorous interview process with the nation's top coaches.

Fedora is a native of College Station. If offered, he accepts....

ATM should be relegated to FCS if they do not offer him the job

If we do not offer TODAY, he is at UNC.

I would rather see Fedora a North Carolina than A&M. His teams play offense and defense. His team made Sumlin's superior team look silly Saturday.

If its true and he had a option between A&M and UNC, then he made a bad choice IMO.

He didn't have an offer from A&M or he'd be their new HC now.

Ellis Johnson was at USM and mentored Daryl Daye when Favre was QB. He has not had his name in too many pots for HC. This might be one that he will go for.

Could Fedora be positioning himself to take "The Hat" nickname from Les Miles?

I can understand this thought process with the Texas recruits, money, SEC but u can also make an argument for UNC. Fewer obstacles

Fedora's first choice is the TAMU job. It is his dream job.

If he thought he had a chance, he'd wait for the Aggie gig

My source coached with him years ago and talked to him Sunday.

I think he was/is a great choice for TAMU
