This was the week after LSU/WVU when LSU jumped OU to be #1 when OU beat Mizzou by 10 points yet still dropped.
Context is everything. Most obviously would agree LSU had earned it by beating Oregon and WVU away from home, but there's a case to be made that at that point OU still should have been #1, especially from OU fans.
But don't let any of these facts stop you from bashing Skip. It's not like he has plenty of other statements to bash him over.
