Longhorn fan here. With a healthier Joe B back to help out Malcolm, we will move the ball on the ground fairly well. Through the air, not so much. Probably better than last week (almost by default) but maybe not even enough to keep the Baylor Defense honest.
Better matchup will be RGIII against a good Texas D. They'll be able to contain him for a little while but not for the whole game.

I don't see us having a shot, there's just no way to hold their offense to a low enough point total for our running game to keep up.
