BCS Student Tickets on sale date?

Anyone have any idea when Bowl game student ticket requests will go on sale?

Didn't they go on sale before that last season or was that after the last week of the season but before the bowls were announced?

Yeah it was like a week before the bowl games were announced.. IDK we should be getting them soon, Bama is already getting their shite and they aren't even guaranteed a shot like we are lol

My guess would be right around 150-155 probably closer to the high end

I thought that the magic number was around 130 in '07 so that seemed rather high.

My guess is more like 135 or so. There were only ~500 tickets to each away game (except Oregon), whereas we will have an allotment of about 2000. If we only get one ticket, like the SEC Championship this year and unlike 2007, makes me think were looking at a few away games and all home games.

I heard the magic number was 151 in 07.. meaning it would be 131 this year because of one less home game.. luckily for me after I go to the SEC Champ i will have EXACTLY 131

but also.. in 07 it was different, students could get two tickets.. this year it seems they are only going to do one ticket since they did it for SEC champ game.. and I know people with like 40 priority points who got tickets to SEC champ game so ya.. Who knows! :confusion:

yeah I think it will be less than that because that year you needed a lot more points to go to the SEC championship than this year and some people got two tickets to the championship. That wont happen this year I don't believe.
