paying for an inshore charter in late dec?

out of grande isle, cocadrie, somewheres around there. about 135 a person. is it just going to be windy and miserable as hell? 6 hours.

I'd fish Shell Beach, Dularge or Dulac that time of year. Plenty of good guides and opportunity to catch trout.
