SEC Championship

LSU has been playing football in the SEC for 79 years. We have only won the conference 11 times.
Saturday is a BIG DEAL.
I'm pretty sure (at least I hope) that the team gets this and will not be caught dwelling on who we might play in a game 40 days from now. But the fanbase sure is. And that's really a shame.
Winning the SEC is not something we are entitled to and believe me, Georgia knows that if they win this game, they go to a BCS bowl. They have nothing to lose.
Just a friendly reminder for all of those worried about some school in an armpit of a town in Alabama, or whether Jarrett Lee passed his midterms, etc.

The team wants to win the national championship, but the road goes through Atlanta... They will be ready to play. Im sure they want the best season in LSU history which would be a 14-0 SEC and National champ team.

All season these guys worked one game at a time. They don't look ahead. They wouldn't talk about Alabama until Bama week. They will be focused and ready.

SEC championship is the highest goal that LSU or Bama can control themselves winning.
