Where can I get them from is there somewhere that sells a lot of them I can only find a few at a time.

Most vendors have them but never over 5-10 at a time

The Khajiit vendors outside the cities usually have a bunch, like 25-30 and the thieve's guild vendor always has a bunch.

Tonilia in Ragged Flagon in Riften (Go through ratways if you haven't been). She sells 30 at a time. Buy them all, wait 2 days, buy em all, repeat. I have 150+

Just check the MISC section of all vendors. I have 99+. I buy them every time I go to a vendor.

i will say that one of the many things that pisses me off while I'm playing is when I am picking a high lvl lock and I get it to where it is basically horizontal and the bitch breaks. I hate that.
