India's on Essen has mango ice cream that is soooooo damn good.

A restaurant I worked at on St Croix had a desert called a Mango Tango. Two LARGE scoops of vanilla ice cream wrapped in a large flour tortilla, then fried, the a cinnamon/nutmeg/vanilla impregnated mixture of frech mango pured over the top. Sweet!!

No offense to all of you Blue Bell lovers, but compared to Ben N' Jerrys, Blue Bell sucks.
Ben N Jerry's is creamier, denser, and all-round higher quality. Eat some Ben N' Jerrys and then eat some Blue Bell, and the Blue Bell is a significantly inferior product.
