Will there be any parties going on? Are just hanging out at the bars?

Fan fest, but it's over-rated.

The LSU Alumni group in Atlanta usually will have a good party... I am sure they are working on this now.

Bring your fly-rods! The Chattahoochee River north of Atlanta has some GREAT trout fishing! I'll be spending a few hours on the 'Hooch before game time to occupy my time before kick off.

The aquarium is pretty bad arse, and I recommend the bodies exhibit. If your looking for good food, the vortex is the tits.

Oh and the coke museums actually pretty fun couple of hours for a pretty decent price.

We're thinking of trying Callaway Gardens this time around. Haven't been there, but I'm going to check whether they have Christmas decorations up. Anyone know and can offer opinion?

Yes. The Fantasy of Lights is up at Callaway. Was there with the family Tues and Wed. It's very nice. I recommend buying tickets prior to going and reserve a time to drive through or ride the train. Stayed at the Marriott. Saw the Birds of prey show and butterfly exhibit. I was bored but my son, wife, and in laws had a blast. Have fun.

Buckhead Saloon is the official LSU bar/restaurant and Friday night there will be a LSU party with food and drink specials. That is where the alumni association has viewing parties. They love us there...should be a good time. I told them to order plenty of Crown
