Mine went out yesterday. I've had mine for 5 years without a problem but my luck finally ran out. The console froze and three lights were red, so I tried wrapping my console in a towel to fix it. Now it at least turns on but it freezes as soon as I start playing a game. Maybe I can trick Gamestop into thinking it still works when I trade it in? 
Somehow, I was able to buy the 250GB 360 Bundle with Reach and Fable for $200 at Best Buy with their Black Friday sale. I ordered online yesterday afternoon and I received an email saying they were "out of stock" at my store but shortly after, I received another one saying my new Xbox is ready for pick up. I can't believe they had one in stock even after the store had been picked over that morning.
