I for one thought Ford would be benched the rest of the game after that fumble. Especially after seeing what happened when he fumbled earlier this season I think versus Kentucky. Guess Les will continue to keep me guessing haha

Kenny Hilliard played extensively.

If Blue was healthy and able to play then Ford might not have seen the field after.

I told my friend, he can take his helmet and pads off he is done. I am glad he was able to continue to play.

I dunno. Ford's value has increased because of the option runs with JJ. He was far more expendable earlier in the year with JL has QB.

Of course, Hilliard fumbled the pitch from JJ once. So I'm glad we didn't stick with that fumble and sit philosophy.

I thought so too but was glad to see him back on the field. Another great day running the ball.

Ditto! He's our best option back and has great vision to see those backside cuts.

I didn't because that was an awesome hit on him and I dont think many would have held on to the ball. I liked the move of leaving him in.

I knew Ford would get to play again. That fumble was a very nice play by the defender, not too much he could have done there. He got hit hard and the player put the crown of their helmet on the ball. Can't draw it up any better for a defensive forced fumble.

I figured he was out. Looking back on the play, he got rocked, and the defender met him perfectly around the end.

That was not a mental error fumble, that was getting the shite hit out of on the ball. That is going to happen some times not matter how mentally tough you are.

I thought that too. I am glad he came back. The guy can move and was running very hard...

I said he can go ahead and get comfy on the bench cause that is his place for the rest of the game. Glad I was wrong, and proud of Les for giving him another chance.
