Need a good cornbread dressing and green bean cassarole recipes?

looking for some different ways to prepare these dishes so I can provide a twist to how I normally prepare these dishes.

Green beans amandine is nice alternative to the cream of mushroom soup casserole.

Here's a recipe.

Just cook the beans until they are the texture you prefer. They should be tender, but maintain some crispiness...not mushy. I always toaste the almonds just a little bit before tossing.

I let them saute in the butter for bit for more almond flavor and I use more than recipes calls for because I like them. I use a little more butter than is called for. You can do this to your personal preference.

You can add chopped green onions or saute a bit of chopped shallot or garlic, even, if you want to add another flavor.

Haricort verte with slivered almonds is killer material to taste. The prime ingredient is about the only thing I will shop for in all of Wallys food offerings.
