Wasn't it Miles that helped him get to the prep school? I know he helped with the Juco and then I read that he helped find the prep school also.
I think he is coming to LSU

From what I understand now, because he initially signed with a JUCO, his 5 year playing clock started.
He quit that JUCO, and enrolled in the Houston prep school. The prep school from there website says they don't provide academics, they just provide academic guidance/assistance & can play football there as long as his grades at another school is in order. So I assume he is concurrently attending two schools, some other academic prep institution and the Houston prep for football.
Then from what I understand, he has to get an associates degree which will have to be from another JUCO, which basically means he'll just have two years left to play. So it doesn't look like he'll be in this class or next.

Can you elaborate on this?

You could see a little bit of it in the video that was posted. It was a little more than confidence.
Oh and what's with not running routes?
BTW, I still want him at LSU

Yeah, he seems a little thugish and cocky in the video. But, can you really be that way surrounded by top flight talent?
This whole experience has got to humble you a bit.

I'm starting to believe that D'haquille Williams does not exist. The kid is like big foot, people have claimed to see him in Houston and now two separate JUCO's in MS. I'm not getting my hopes up on him ever suiting up for LSU.

I don't know why he doesn't run the routes in some of the plays. The coach chews his arse out though... He looks really good against the best safety recruit in the nation?

Scout has a team picture of the school in Houston and Williams is in it.Evidently he was in Houston playing football at some point. That's the last I heard before now anyway. He's been to a game at LSU this year.

Hopefully this guy has a lot of nephews. Otherwise not remembering your nephew's real name is a little embarrassing.

Just a reminder, his family nickname is "Dookus".
Now I wish I had kept in contact with his relative mentioned in the OP. I don't even remember the guys name.
