Why does it seem like everybody is scared of playing Bama again?

It's hard to beat a team 2 times in one year when the teams are evenly matched. I think we could do it though.

Nobody is scared. But why the hell should we be rooting for them? They act like us not wanting to play them again is being scared. Why should we have to want to play them again when we already beat them? frick those dudes.

There is no such thing as an easy championship and this means THIS LSU TEAM could go down as the most dominating college football team of all time.

We will now have to beat 4 of the top five teams to win a National Championship...incredible.

I look at it this way. To be the best then you beat the best twice!

Because that is the only team that is legitimately just as good as LSU.

Other teams *could* beat LSU if they catch them on an off day, but LSU is neck and neck with Alabama as far as who are actually the best teams in the country.

And LSU already beat them and nearly gave us all a heart attack. They were tested and got through it. They shouldn't have to do that again.

(Plus our hearts can't handle it).

I wouldn't say anyone is scared of it.

But people are silly to think our chances of a national championship playing bama are as high as us getting one playing oregon/osu/oklahoma.

With as good as Bama and LSU are, it's hard to imagine either of the teams beating the other twice in a row very often (if you could simulate the game 1000 times)

It's hard to beat the same team twice in one season. Yeah, I know, see Georgia '03.

Alabama was tough and if you think Saban wouldn't have them fired up and hasn't torn his FG kicker a new arse by now, you're crazy.

The next time we play them, I'd like for it to be in November at night in Tiger Stadium.

Having a rematch for any team will blow the NCAA's lame arse excuses for not having a playoff system out of the water. They say that not having a playoff system makes the regular season games more important. If they want to OK rematches, then they should come up with a real playoff system

B for effort.

So caring about who we play makes us scared? I'll answer for you, no, it doesn't.

Not scared in the least. I'm enjoying the ride too much.

Right now, I'm just saying bring on Ole Miss and let's make it 11 - 0. We'll go from there.

Why are you asking me? I just answered your question. Up to the voters at this point.
