As Ivan Drago told Apollo Creed before he killed him: "You will lose."

#6 in the BCS, I'd say they will be a formidable opponent.

We will still kick their arse if the team plays it's A game. If they play their B game we still still win.

They ain't overrated. One loss, not overrated. They have found some ways to win close games. LSU should beat Arkansas though, and do it fairly easily but the way the series has gone lately, wouldn't bet on it being a blowout.

Let's hope the players don't have this mindset going into this one

Compared to last year, Arkansas has a less dynamic QB. We have a better Defense.

They barely won last year, even with the 2-3 fluke plays that our D gave up.

We'll win, it won't be a blow out or anything. I'm guessing 24-14.

no. and i don't see why any fan would say a 9-1 team in the SEC west is over rated.

No. They sort of remind me of our 2010 team in the sense that they're heavily skewed toward on side of the ball—offense in their case. Also, having a high-powered offense makes them an anomaly in the defense-oriented SEC. Anyway, they're definitely a top 10 team.

If we play our A game we should win - a few turnovers or if we give up a few big plays then you have a game.

They lost to the only good team they've played. I wouldn't say they're overrated but they haven't been that impressive against a shitty schedule.

Arkys best win is Auburn and the schedule is a laugher. LSU wins big.

One game at a time. One win at a time. Ask me after the game.

This is not intended to be a flame, but I would like to address your point that
quote:

They barely won last year
.

Arkansas outscored LSU: 31-23.
Arkansas outgained LSU: 464-294.
Arkansas had more first downs: 19-15.
Arkansas had more passing yards: 320-194.
Arkansas had more rushing yards: 144-100.
Arkansas had fewer penalties: 2-17 vs. 7-51.
Arkansas had a better 3rd down conversion rate: 3-13 vs. 4-16.
Arkansas had fewer turnovers: 2-3
Arkansas had more possession of the football: 31:13 vs. 28:47.

LINK

With that being said, it felt like a close game and I'm sure this one will also be close.

Yes, they are overrated. Please go back and look at their schedule.

Their best win by far was a home win over a Lattimore-less South Carolina in a game in which USC gave up 4 turnovers.

10-point win at home over 2-7 Troy.
Needed a miracle to beat Vandy and a huge comeback to beat Ole Miss.
Nice win at home over Tennessee.
Big wins over 1-9 Missouri State and 1-9 New Mexico.
Nice win at home over Auburn.
Got crushed on the road at Bama.

They are extremely meh. I'm not saying they can't beat LSU, because anything is possible, but they have done NOTHING this year to indicate that they are in LSU's class.

Seriously.

LSU has a neutral site win in the year's first game of the century and a road win in the year's second game of the century. We're finally getting a game of the century at HOME.
