My favorite place in BR area, get there early. tour the grounds have a few drinks in the turtle bar, for dinner go for the tasting menu if you can, if not everything is great, some of my favs are crawfish curry pumpkin soup, crab and beet salad, shrimp and grit app, lobster entree, veal entree, lamb entree

It's awesome. If I had to pick my best overall meal ever it would be this place. I would recommend the chefs tasting menu.

apps:Crabcake and shrimp and grits
Soup and salad: Pumpkin bisque, quail salad
Entree: Lamb, veal chop, lobster
Dessert: banana foster split

Last time I went there they surprised us with candied bacon between courses. I teared up a little.
