Friend can't sign up for COD Elite because of his name

When he tries to sign up for Elite, it tells him that is his last name, Hyman, is forbidden.

I figured you guys would get a chuckle out of it. Needless to say he doesn't find it very amusing. I told him to just do what he does on Madden and NCAA when he creates a player and just make it Himan.
