What do you think happens if we beat ole miss and Arkansas but lose a tight game to Georgia in the SEC championship.
Do they leave us out of the BCS all together? They would almost definitely send Bama to the championship game and Georgia would get the sugar bowl. It is not fair that we have to risk a loss when Bama just gets to sit and wait for us to slip up.

One other thing, is Oklahoma beats OK State is it possible that they put Oregon and Bama in the title game both with loses to us, and leave us out?

LSU would have the best resume even with a loss to Georgia. Would have beaten 3 top 10 teams and lost to a top 10 team at a neutral(lol) site.

I don't really see how they could leave LSU out.

Computers would have LSU #1 or 2 for sure depending on OSU/OU game

all possible, but LSU isnt losing to UGA.

UGA has beaten one FBS team with a winning record, and that was Auburn.

The media has already decided that bama is the best one loss team

I posed this question in ESPN chat- Here is response:

What happens in this scenario? LSU wins final two games, but loses to UGA in SECCG. Does the SEC get a team in the national title game? And if yes, which team?

That would be an interesting one. First, the world would explode, so you have that. But once we piece the world back together, you could actually see Alabama sneak in. OR you have Bama 1 and LSU 2. Not sure if that would really happen, but who knows. The Boise loss might hurt LSU if UGA wins in Atlanta. The BCS is hoping this doesn't happen, but it would be fun to see some drama.

We don't go to the championship game. Too late of a loss to recover. 2003 OSU isn't going to happen to LSU.

If PSU finishes 0-2 and WVU finishes 2-0, I don't see how anyone could justify this. Computers should have LSU way ahead of Bama at least I'd think.

At least those two teams hold more weight in what happens than Boise I'd think.

I'm not worried about UGA... I'm more surprised to see them in the SEC CG

If you remember back in 2003, Oklahoma lost the big 12 championship to K State and still played in the BCS Championship game...I can't recall what every other team behind them did, but at least if we would slip up in the SECCG there is a chance to still get to the BCSCG

It appears to be hard for the media to accept the fact that bama lost

The Coaches poll and Harris poll voters would be pulling Saban's pants down if we lost the SECCG. I know Al. would get to the ship, but i'm not sure what would happen to us. Sugar maybe????

Yeah but it was because of that voters pretty much vowed to never let that happen again.

Man, I asked Edward how he keeps from choking with all that Alabama cock in his mouth and he didn't answer my question.

We don't deserve to play if we lose any of the remaining games. We control our destiny. Do not let up.

I'm sure he didn't answer your question. Did you give him pen and paper to write his answer down, because I'm sure his mom taught him not to talk with a full mouth. The love affair with Nick is sickening. Al doesn't need a longhorn type network, because it has the national media for that or ESPN. It should be called Nick Saban University.

No. Georgia would go, and we could fall all the way to the cotton.

If this were to happen and wvu wins their conference we would have beat 2 conference champions, and 3 top ten team while bama has beat zero top ten team and zero conference champions.

How sick does that make you? What if it's Oregon and bama? I might quit watching football. They said it last night, they want to see bamas defense against either Oregon or okie lite.

The media has already decided that Bama is better than LSU, even after we beat them. If LSU loses ANY game the rest of the year, Bama is getting the nod over us, hands down.

Is that right? I definitely don't think so. Our body of work is LEAPS and BOUNDS ahead of anyone else in the country. However, the AP won't see it that way, and we would get shafted in the AP poll.

Naturally, this can all be put to bed by simply winning out, which I think we will do. The media is hoping we slip up against R-Kansas, but we won't.
