Where to park and which way to go Sat leaving New Orleans @ 2

I usually leave early and go hwy 30 and park on Nicholson, is there a better way coming up late, or better place to park?

you will probably have to park behind the baseball field coming in that late

Go the same way, but hop on river road before you get in heavy traffic. You'll have to park in the levee lots, but it's a lot better than parking 2 miles down Nicholson.
