Nice post, thanks Chicken. Stanford or Okie State win out, they deserve it IMO. They both win out it's Stanford.

I doubt it. I think Ok State may have a better resume at that point.

Mouth, I only included that because it is a possibility. if LSU loses to Arkansas, Alabama most likely gets the nod for the SEC Championship game.

Yeah, close either way - maybe I'm buying too much into the Andrew Luck hype, but I also saw their win over USC and was impressed with their Defense over a long, tough game, and I think if they beat Oregon that's an indicator to me that they're a more complete team than Ok State. I could be convinced either way though....

Bama's BCS ranking will take a pretty decent hit over the course of the next few weeks, especially following their massive tilt against GA Southern. Will be interesting to see how this thing plays out.

Definitely - we'll see who capitalizes on their end of year chances - Stanford, Oregon, OK State, or Oklahoma....... (or in the event of complete apocalypse, Boisie! )

I hoping for an LSU/Stanford match-up in the BCS Championship game. The west coast media hype would be huge given Andrew Luck likely winning the Heisman. They have to take care of business this weekend against Oregon though...tough task. I'll be pulling for the pine trees over the ducks this week-end.

I think not playing the SEC championship game will hurt them too if LSU wins out.

Best part is there's only one team on that list that controls their own NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP destiny! MY LSU TEAM!

Do not see Bama climbing with remaining schedule especially with Pac 12 and Big 12 Championship games. Most likely scenario is Ok St plays LSU on Nov 9.

I didnt know this, I thought since we beat them head to head, the nod would go to LSU

if LSU, Bama and Arkansas finish in a three-way tie for first, based on the SEC's three-way tiebreaker procedure, Bama may get the nod:
