They just said that LSU and BAMA obviously have amazing defenses, but have sub-par offenses. One game against each other, the 2 best defenses, and both offenses averaging about 40 points per game now suck.

How do people not get it through their thick fricking hard head that a great defense will totally shut down an offense? It's starting to be like a cat chasing its tail with these analysts because they try so damn hard to find a contrary angle.

Can't understand this logic. You say these are the two best defenses you've ever seen. Then im the same breath you say that, because the game was such a low scoring one, that the offenses are awful? Wouldn't the best defense logically make the best offense look worse than they are?
