I'm thinking of watching this on Netflix. I know that it was cancelled, so is there ANY sort of resolution about the show, or does it end on a cliff hanger?

WATCH IT.

WATCH IT NOW.

Amazing show. I actually liked the second season more than the first because it concentrated on the macro political topics, but it seems that most people prefer the first.

There is definitely a resolution.

And if you aren't happy with the resolution they went with, there is an alternate resolution that you can watch too.

Great series. Would have loved to see it move forward.

There is a graphic novel that picks up where season 2 left off. I am considering reading it.

Still watch it...especially season 1. I firmly believe this was canceled because of the sensitive political nature of the plot.

really? I loved the show and used to watch it with my dad every week. It was truly disappointing that it didn't get a chance to carry on for another 3 or 4 seasons.

Definitely makes you think about what you would/could do in that situation

The first episode is good, but everything after that is average to terrible. Don't believe the hype.

Great show. Could care less about all the mini love stories, and struggles intertwined in it, but the premise for the show was very interesting.

it's really good and it does leave it open for a second season but there is a close that is satisfying enough.

agreed they had way to many love stories going on in that show.

Plus Robert Hawkins was a badass.

Why? He is black and did magical things throughout the series.

SPOILER!

it's not like he created fire in his hand or some shite. He was just a private contractor who went rogue.

Spoiler warning please so you don't ruin things for the guy who'd trying to decide whether or not to watch the show.

If you don't add them, we'll send the Magical Negro after you once he's done with the zombies on The Walking Dead.

eta: Thanks, attack aborted.

That was when the show died for me.

The concept of an entire town trying to survive completely cut off, and watching them deal with day to day problems is a hell of a lot more unique than post apocalyptic 24
