He is a terrible coach. Not all his fault though, Indy has had some of the worst drafts in the NFL over the last seven years. That is the problem with their team.

Their last few drafts haven't been what they thought they would. They've drafted every 5'11 white wr in the draft the last three years too. None of them are exactly playmakers I would day
