I think he can be activated next week. He's needed. Badly! Can't be any worse than what we have running the ball right now.

It really doesn't matter who's running the ball when the O Line can't open any holes.

Ivory will not do anything differently to help running game. Our o line is not opening up holes. do you honestly think Ivory could have done something different today...if you say yes...you didnt watch the game today

who does he replace? PT is probably our weakest runner but he is money on screens while Ivory and Ingram would have similar responsibilities.

Sproles is untouchable, imo. He is arguably our 3rd most important player behind Brees and Graham(maybe even ahead of Graham).

Get rid of Kreutz, and the run game will improve.

I disagree, last year we were going through the same thing, Pierre couldn't get going and Reggie was injured(not like he would have helped) and Ivory really got our run game going

All true. No doubt. But Ivory just might light a spark with the O line. What do the Saints have to lose?

I know im going to get bashed for this, but if Thomas didnt play for the Saints he might not be in the NFL. He is horrible. Hopefully Chris Ivory didnt lose his explosiveness and can add something to the running game.

Ingram is far better than Ivory...does not matter though...Ivory will not get much touches this year unless a injury occurs.

Cut one of the two worthless FB we have. No need to have two FB OR IR David Thomas and that clears a spot for Ivory.

I don't think Ivory wants to run behind that line. Would you?

One of our dozen scrub linebackers. Will Herring was inactive today why not him.

He's got no holes to run through. (see Ingram, Thomas and Sproles). Besides, he gets hurt too easy. Wait until we are in need of a healthy RB.

I have high hopes for Ingram but so far he isn't even close to what Ivory was last year.
